Did you know that Big Macs cost 2.49 dollars in 2000 and now in 2023 they cost a whopping 5.79 dollars? Hello everyone I am peanuts941 I will be talking about INFLATION we will be dividing the information into three topics what is inflation? Is inflation bad and is inflation good?

 

First, we will be talking about inflation and what inflation is. Inflation usually occurs when the government prints more money. then since there are more bills in the country money gets more common which means money is worth less for example a dollar bill is worth 0.74 American cents but when the government prints more money 1 Canadian dollar could be worth 70 American cents

 and since money allows you to get food and items and since money is worth less food is worth more. A good example of this was in Zimbabwe, in Zimbabwe the government printed so much money that eventually there would be a hundred TRILLION dollar banknotes which meant a simple loaf of bread could cost billions of dollars. I hope that makes you understand how crazy inflation is and I hope you understand what inflation is.

 

My next paragraph will be: is inflation good? Now you might instantly say that inflation is horrible but funnily enough there is an ideal amount of inflation. The ideal amount of inflation is drum roll please…… in the Bank of Canada, the ideal percent of inflation is 2%. To keep inflation low and stable, the Government sets us an inflation target of 2%. This helps everyone think about the future. If inflation is too high or it lowers or increases around a lot it’ll be hard for businesses to set the right amounts of money and for people to plan their money spending.

My final paragraph will be, is inflation bad? As we mentioned in the previous paragraph inflation is not good most of the time but sometimes it can be good as I said the ideal inflation percentage is 2%. Increased inflation discourages saving since it erodes the buying power of saving over time.  That perspective can encourage consumers to invest as a result, unemployment often denies at first, as inflation climbs. This is the end of my paragraph.

Crystals range in price diamonds can be costly but crystals like bronze wouldn’t be worth that much. You might be wondering how to determine the price of crystals it’s not too tricky first you weigh the crystal, take the amount of money you bought them for then multiply your number with your multiplier then you take your number and put it in your deli scale and then bada bing bada boom you have the exact price your crystals. you might be asking what a deli scale is and what your multiplier is first we will be doing a multiplier a crystal oscillator followed by a frequency multiplier 

That is what a crystal multiplier is. Label Printing Scales, or Deli and Meat scales, are devices that allow you to weigh an item away from the POS and print a specialized price label.

 

How crystals are made

 

How are crystals formed? Crystals form in nature when molecules gather to secure when liquid starts to cool and solidify. This process is called crystallization and can happen when magma solidifies or when water evaporates from a natural combination too.

Crystals can be very important, usually when people are feeling depressed. Having crystals makes them feel safer and many people believe crystals protect you from bad people or things. Something called birthstones people believe having a certain birthstone would make you nicer and stronger.

Space is a beautiful and interesting and cool

1. In our solar system there are 8 planets some people say there are nine planets but there aren’t because the ninth planet is a very small planet and very cold they say it is because it’s in the sun’s area but it’s outside of the Kuiper belt and has no moons even though if it was a planet it would have at least 7 moons or less but it doesn’t and it’s wayyyyy to small to be a planet. Now let’s talk about other solar systems. There are more than a trillion of them and all of them have a star and 1-9 planets. Some are very interesting and they are the key to finding other life in the universe because we only know one talking, moving, a smart person which is us. Galaxies are the second thing that doesn’t circle around something and there are three main types of galaxies but 4 in all the first one is the most basic: it’s spiral then irregular ecliptic and… I forgot the name lol                .stars and space probes are both quite interesting stars don’t all have real names like this one call 51 Pegasus they really just made its t up but some like the sun and Antares actually have a name that they thought about satellites like the Hubble and rockets like Apollo both have a special job one takes pictures of other galaxies/stars and planets rockets transport other astronauts to go to other

planets 

and moons. the Big Bang was what created the entire universe and if you didn’t know in a couple billion years galaxies will be too far away to see so no more galaxies will be discovered with any type of telescope and some planets will be destroyed like earth and only earth lol but mars will be beautiful again like it was billions of years ago and earth will be destroyed but they will easily be able to get there because they will have very strong and fast spaceships or they will be able to live on the moon because they can make a space station there with plants to live bye.

    Hi I’m peanuts today ima write about Rubik’s cubes there are many different types of Rubik’s cubes like a mega minx it’s one of the hardest Rubik’s cubes to solve but the 21x21x21 that’s the hardest  I don’t even know a single person who even has it but the mega Minx has a version where the cubes are so small that I feel the the fastest person in the world to solve a 3×3 can’t even solve it and btw the world record for a 3×3 is 3.47 seconds    Here’s a picture of the mega minx with the small cubes here’s a normal megaminx and btw those are both gan cubes gan cubes are probably the best cube company you can find out there they have cubes which are so light you can’t tell between air and a cube and they turn so well that corner cutting turns into turning a cube normally other cubes are still good but it’s not as light and not as amazing even the og Rubik’s cube isn’t as good as a gan ok ok I’ve been going a bit too fast let me go back to the start and say actually what a Rubik’s cube even is a Rubik’s cube is a extremely hard puzzle in a Rubik’s cube you can do a r and a r, that is the two ways you can turn a Rubik’s cube on the right up and down and U and U, mean the up top version of right and left you can also do bottom and left but what I just said is pretty much those two things how you  actually solve a Rubik’s cube is Step 1: Create White Cross. Begin by holding the cube with the white face up

Step 2: Solve White Corners. 

Step 3: Solve Middle Layer. 

Step 4: Create Yellow Cross. 

Step 5: Swap Yellow Edges in Top Layer. 

Step 6: Position Yellow Corners. 

Step 7: Solve the Final Layer Corners.

So yea that’s how you solve a Rubik’s cube it’s quite hard I know any now that you know what a Rubik’s cube is and how to solve it  we can go back into talking about harder Rubik’s cubes so yea anyway let’s talk about stuff like the 21×21 some of the squares are actually like giant because there wouldn’t be a correct size to make those squares normal size anyway I think I’m

vibrations

I have been learning about vibrations and the properties of sound. What is sound, sound is a series of beats you could think of it as a couple lines like this:  but of course, it is much more than that vibrations are sound waves when you talk pulses can bounce and that is the reason you can hear someone even if you are in a different room. In a soundproof room though it would be different in a soundproof room you wouldn’t hear anyone and no one could hear you even if you screamed.

kazoo experiment

the kazoo experiment was something our class did as an experiment for vibrations. this is how the kazoo looks when it’s finishedhow the kazoo works would be that sound would be able to go through but because of the material (which should be plastic), it makes a screeching noise.

 

what is sound 

 

sound is a series of vibrations. sound can also travel very fast at around 12,000 meters per second. it can also go through gas, liquid, and solids once the sound has reached a person’s body it will enter your ear and you will hear whatever sound it was. here is a picture of a sound wave.

the four properties of sound are what make sound here are all of them.

• sound can be absorbed
• sound is made of vibrations
• sound can be modified
• sound can be reflected

how sound travels is by bouncing off objects; since sound can travel so fast, it bounces from room to room in milliseconds.

 

the tuning fork experiment

 

my  class did an experiment where we used a tuning fork to move salt on a plastic cover that was on top of a yogurt bowl here is a picture

In my finished experiment, you start by putting plastic on top of your yogurt bowl then you get a rubber band and tie it around the plastic then you put salt on your plastic then you bang your tuning fork on your table then put it very close to the salt but not touching then your salt should start moving lightly.

 

 pitch 

 

Pitch is how you measure how high or low the sound is. how you measure pitch by using hertz or Hz.  One hertz means that one sound wave hits your ear every second Human can hear from 20 up to 20,000 for example only dogs can hear a dog whistle well this is fully true it is just that dogs can hear higher pitch than humans. dolphins and bats can hear extremely high pitch so they can hear dog whistles as well in fact since dolphins and bats have such high pitch they actually use it during flying or swimming

 

volume 

you measure volume by knowing how loud a sound is you measure volume by using decibels or DB  a whisper is 30 DB a normal voice is 60 DB and a scream is 120 DB.  humans cannot hear sounds above 130 DB without getting their ears damaged this is also why you shouldn’t use earbuds for more than 1 hour a day.

Not too long ago I went to a circus called Circ de soleil. At lunch, me, my brother, my dad and my mom went to circ de soleil. We went mainly because all of us were dying to go to a circus and I think Circ de soleil was probably the best option. circ de soleil was kind of close to the rideau canal. It was only 20 minutes away but it was raining so I kept thinking if we weren’t going to be able to go but luckily we were able. My mom drove us to the circus. It was a 20 minute drive. 

First,I entered circ de soleil with a big smile on my face because of course I was super excited obviously! We first got food it was really good we got food like cotton candy ,popcorn, nachos and slushies When we were done that we got in our seats which were actually really close the show didn’t st for a while so to make everyone entertained there were three clowns one was throwing popcorn and money which was actually really funny and then the show finally started. There was a clown who had a wand and created a big tower. 

After that there were many people coming out of the tower, too many to count. My favorite was the tightrope. They actually had a bicycle on the tightrope. It was super cool. Half time we had even crazier things. The craziest thing was definitely the wheel. It was basically two people in these open pods they
were inside for the first part but then they went outside on top of the pod and they were jumping it was super cool.  

After all the people preformed they went out the tower and they bowed after we grabbed all our garbage and left I went to the bathroom and then we went in our car rode home and since it was pretty late so I went to bed and that is it I really liked kooza it was very cool i thought that the food was super good and the cotton candy was worth waiting like ten minutes in half time.
